| 12 years after the release of 'As Heard On Radio Soulwax Pt. 2', Soulwax have unveiled an outstanding visual show of the mash-up mix.
Originally releasing the 114-track mix under the 2 Many DJs alias on [PIAS] Recordings, it's a raucous assortment bouncing through tracks by the likes of Basement Jaxx, Röyksopp, Felix Da Housecat and New Order, accompanied by clever visuals of all the artwork.
'As Heard On Radio Soulwax Pt. 2' is the final edition of the 24, hour-long mixes Soulwax promised in 2011, since releasing all of them via internet radio station and app Radio Soulwax.
Upon the unveiling of the visual mix, Soulwax said: "12 yrs, 2 months and 24 days later, 114 tracks are re-united in 1 single hour of visual mayhem. As heard on the radio becomes As seen on the app..is this technically Pt III? Probably. Who’s counting? Who cares? Just watch it." |
