| Last week, Robyn announced that she was cancelling her shows at Falls Festival with Röyksopp, due to family issues. Röyksopp have now announced that they are also cancelling their appearances at the festival in Lorne, Byron Bay and Marion Bay, as well as their full headline Australian tour.
The duo have released the following statement: "We are very sorry to have to let you know that we will not be able to come to Australia and Japan for our scheduled performances with Robyn.
We have looked into possibilities to put together our own show in lieu of Robyn & Röyksopp performances but unfortunately are unable to produce this in time."
Falls Festival organisers have said that they are working on finding replacements for the line-up and will make an announcement about it shortly.
Röyksopp have also said that they are working on alternative arrangements for their own show next year. |
