She staged a bold protest on the streets of her native New York as divisive President elect Donald Trump confounded critics with an historic, landmark victory in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
But it was a rather less defiant and significantly more relaxed Lady Gaga who stepped out to vote for Democrat Hillary Clinton just hours earlier.
Sporting a patriotic badge decorated with stars, stripes and the single word VOTE upon the lapel of her gold lame jacket, Gaga – real name Stefani Germanotta – appeared to be in high spirits as she made her way inside the polling booth. |
