| Skrillex has weighed in on what could become the defining debate in EDM's eccentric twilight era: how much would it cost to get you on stage with Paris Hilton? About $5 million, he reckons.
The bass music superstar was hounded by TMZ at the airport, and in response to their question he said, “I would do it for $5 million dollars and then give all of it to the sick people and starving children all over the world.”
This silliness started last week when Deadmau5 announced that it would cost $2 million to get him to perform with Paris Hilton, following her declaration that she gets paid $1 million per gig. Now Skrillex has upped the ante – albeit with is tongue placed firmly in his cheek it seems – we wonder which big name artist will be the next to name their price. |
