| French electro prodigy Madeon has released his new single ‘You’re On’ featuring British singer Kyan, giving us another taste of what his hotly anticipated debut album ‘Adventure’ is set to sound like.
His latest release follows October’s unquestionably "French", synth'd-out banger ‘Imperium’, and is a lush and funk-laden jam that puts Kyan’s vocals at the center of the production, and opts for rich, warm textures over 80s space synths and vice-tightened snares.
Madeon has been on fine form since exploding onto the scene with his maiden EP ‘The City’ in 2012. He has been working with scores of high profile collaborators, as well as producing three tracks on Lady Gaga’s ‘Artpop’ album and throwing down a bizarre full-production set on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange. |
