On Wednesday morning, Gigi Hadid wished her friend Kendall Jenner a happy birthday on Instagram.
The picture she included was an adorable black and white image of the pair laughing gleefully together.
There was, however, a small problem with the post: Kendall will not, in fact, be turning 21 until Thursday.
When Gigi initially uploaded the Instagram post, her caption suggested she thought Wednesday was Kendall's actual birthday, and wasn't simply wishing her early.
An emoji of a martini, symbolising her new ability to drink legally, was followed up by: 'Happiest birthday my Ken,' and then an emoji of a heart.
A flurry of Instagram users began commenting in multiple languages to tell the elder sister of Bella Hadid she'd got the wrong date. |
