But Kim Kardashian had a stark warning when her sister Khloe considered getting implants on Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
'It really is a tougher way to live,' she advised her younger sibling, while wearing a cleavage baring tank top.
Not that Khloe was listening.
'Oh my God I'm finally you!' Khloe squealed to Kim when she saw herself in the mirror with silcone padding in her bra.
