Jury acquits man accused by Kendall Jenner for stalking... but is convicted of trespassing at her home A jury has acquitted a man of stalking Kendall Jenner but has also convicted him of trespassing at her home in the Hollywood Hills. The jury of seven women and five men reached their verdict on 25-year-old Shavaughn McKenzie on Monday. The result of the seven-day trial could be problematic for the 20-year-old model as he will likely get probation for being convicted of the less serious of the two charges. According to reports a prosecutor said McKenzie tracked Jenner's whereabouts of Kendall for 15 months before being arrested outside her home on August 14. His attorney argued that his client is mentally ill and posed no risk to Jenner and only wanted to talk with her. Earlier this month, Jenner was granted a permanent restraining order against McKenzie
