According to an insider for the gossip site, the couple have even said those three special words: 'I love you.'
As the NBA champion lives in Ohio, which is much different from the glitz and glamour of Hollywood, it has been said that Khloe really likes it out there and has made multiple trips to Cleveland.
She also enjoys his five-bedroom home in a suburban area as the insider said: 'Khloe is very comfortable and happy there.'
