| M.I.A has tweeted that she's no longer a part of Jay Z's Roc Nation.
She's already shown in the past that she's not one to be messed with after disagreements with record label Interscope about the release of her 'Matangi' album, and it looks like M.I.A is starting off 2014 in the same way.
On New Year's Eve, M.I.A tweeted that she is leaving her management deal with Roc Nation, although no official confirmation has come from Jay Z's company apart from a tweet and retweet from the Roc Nation Daily Twitter account.
2013 also saw Roc Nation sign up Sander van Doorn and Grimes, and Rita Ora has been signed to the company since 2009.
