He's the Formula One driver who is making his foray in music
And Lewis Hamilton is bewildered as to why critics are bashing him for pursuing a music career.
The 32-year-old also opened up about dominating the race track for much of 2016, and the single life, in a report by Stellar.
'I don't know why they're hating on me... Why do they say it? And why do they keep saying I'm a rapper? I'm a singer. I love R'n'B,' he said.
For the past couple of years Lewis, who has been busy hanging out with some of hip hop's biggest names such as Drake and Pharrell, and creating material.
But critics have accused him of trying to be bigger than car racing.
A few years ago Hamilton spoke to James Corden on The Late Late Show and revealed that he had played his music to rapper Kanye West. |
