| Following on from Vivid Sydney's announcement that Giorgio Moroder will make his Australian debut at this year's festival, the winter event has now unveiled the full line-up for its Vivid Live component plus a host of parties.
RnB songstress Lauryn Hill will also be making her Australian debut at the Sydney Opera House as part of Vivid 2014, alongside playing Melbourne's Palais Theatre on May 21, while Sydney electronic artist Jonti, Rainbow Chan and others will recreate The Avalanches' 2000 classic 'Since I Left You', interpreting the album's 3500 plus vinyl samples in a special live performance on May 24.
Some pretty enticing parties are also on the cards for the 18 day festival, with Night Slugs heads L-Vis 1990 (pictured) and Bok Bok both playing the Astral People shindig on May 30, while Future Classic and Midnight Juggernauts' Siberia Records will be taking over the city's famed Opera House for their own separate soirées. |
