There’s no word on whether this is an add-on to its recent $950 million round or just a smaller mini-round, in any case it seems unrelated to any M&A activity. Listed on the form is Blue Media’s Eric Lefosky, Brad Keywell and Accel’s Kevin Efrusy, among others.
