| In the midst of a tidal wave of awful news coming out of D.C. this week, at least we have some good news from one reality star: Kim and Kanye are expecting another baby!
The third child of the iconic couple is expected to be born in January. Kim, a.k.a. the only woman I choose to acknowledge as my First Lady, has chosen the surrogacy route this time around. This is a healthier option for Kim, because her last two pregnancies took a toll on both her physical and mental health, a struggle she was open about.
But like, imagine being Kim and Kanye's surrogate. Seriously, take a minute to paint a picture with your imagination brush: maternity wear by Vetements and Yeezy, being waited on hand and foot, and Kourtney Kardashian obviously being your health guru. Now we're sure you're kicking yourself for not applying for the job of the century. Don't worry, us too. But unfortunately for Kim, choosing surrogacy means she can't use the pregnancy excuse to jet off to New Orleans or Paris to satiate her cravings like she did last time. Oh, well, she'll just have to cite PMS as her go-to excuse instead!
Congratulations to the Kardashian West family! We're sure that this three-month-old fetus is already infinitely more chic and newsworthy than we could ever dream of being. We cannot wait to learn what pretentious name the child will bear, or how Kris Jenner will manage to make this pregnancy all about herself! The only thing we ask is that you please, please, please make your besties Chrissy Teigen and John Legend the godparents! |
